Construction Services & Experience
Joyce Engineering, Inc. has expanded its Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) and Construction Quality Control (CQC) services to better serve our waste industry clients. Traditional Joyce Engineering, Inc. construction services include construction administration (CA) and CQA, where we provide a construction representative to observe critical components of waste facility construction, such as clay and geosynthetic liner installation and all field and laboratory materials testing subcontracted to others. Last year, we provided CA/CQC services on over $20 million dollars of waste facility construction.
Waste facility owners benefit when Joyce Engineering, Inc. provides CA and CQA services. We are able to provide a final review of the design, and we enjoy a track record of minimizing construction change orders. In some instances, owners have saved in construction costs by relying on our CQA observations and test results to reduce or eliminate the cost of duplicate CQC services. We can also provide CQC services directly to contractors when necessary.
