Joyce Engineering, Inc. and our project teams are excited to offer our “service guarantees” to our clients:
- If we are late for a meeting with you, there will be no charge for that meeting time.
- For tasks contracted on a time-and-materials basis, you will not be billed for professional services performed for these tasks after the scheduled completion date.
- For tasks contracted on a lump sum basis, your agreed-upon fee will be reduced by 10 percent, in the unlikely event we do not meet the agreed-upon schedule for those tasks.
