Registration
All registrations must be received one week prior to the course start date. Late registrations are charged a $25 fee. Registration includes instruction fees, course manuals, sample testing (Class I and II only), certificate and lunch on course day(s). Space is limited and registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance registration and prepayment are required.
Refunds/Substitutions/Inclement Weather
Requests for refunds will be accepted until two days prior to the training. Fees will be refunded less a $50 processing fee. Substitutions will be accepted at any time prior to the training. Any changes or cancellations must be in writing. No refunds granted for no-shows. Persons unable to travel due to inclement weather may transfer registrations to future courses.

Operator training classes offered in Virginia are taught at our Richmond Office or at the Chester Campus of John Tyler Community College, located on Jefferson Davis Highway one-half mile south of Highway 10. Take Exit 61B from Interstate 95 and go left at the first traffic light. The College is on the left side, one-half mile south after the Chester Cinema. Click here for an interactive map.
